Micro-Ohmmeters
AEMC manufacturers two models of micro-ohmmeter. For standard 4-wire Kelvin testing with 0.25% accuracy, check out the AEMC 5600 micro-ohmmeter. For higher 0.05% accuracy, choose the AEMC 6250 micro-ohmmeter.
Note : Micro-ohmmeters are also sometimes called ductors, or digital low resistance ohmmeters (DLROs).
